1) Begin the walk at the Wildflower Cafe Blackhills Ln, Upper Killay, Swansea SA2 7JR.

4) from the corner of the field (/// unless.gifts.joyously)follow the fence straight on towards the trees and then turn right and keep following the fence down the field to the gap in the trees (/// faces.influence.email

5) when you get to the bottom of the field, look left and you will see a gate in the fence about 100 metres away . Walk 

across the boardwalk (///coil.explores.gift) to the gate.(/// grinders.inefficient.referral)

6) from the gate, if you look across the field you will see another gate in the hedge. Walk to that gate. (/// doormat.requests.anaze)

7) once through the gate turn left for a few metres and then turn right and follow the hedge across the narrow field you are in and then across the next field until you reach a gate in the left corner of the field.(///duplicity.howler.duration)

8) Go through the gate and follow the path around to the right to a track.(///jazz.unfocused.rigid) and turn right

9) follow the track past one house on the right and then down towards another house. (///scarcely.neat.cheeks)

10) when the track turns right, go onto the path to the right of the road.(///renew.dwell.ripe)

11)once you come out of the path you will see a gate (///phones.whips.target)

12)from the gate walk past the waymarker and walk straight across the field skirting the trees. Ignore two paths that go across your path at 90 degrees. At the end of the field go left to another gate (///hikes.twilight.result)

13) head across the field on the left hand side until you see another gate (///informs.bead.gasping). If it is very muddy it is possible to ignore the gate and go through the bushes to the left of the gates (/// reshaping.grouping.suspend)

14) head towards the next gate (///cringe.darting.hires)

15) go through the gate and head up the field towards a telegraph pole at the top of the field .(///templates.dandelion.nightfall)

16) when you get to the telegraph pole you should see a gap in the trees ahead.(/// thumbnail.opera.collides)

17) head for the gap and you will be on a path that goes over a footbridge.(/// dean.contracting.joked)

18) follow the path through ferns and into some more woodland (///coast.item.teardrop)

19) follow the path until you get to a narrow road turn left and follow the narrow road (///asserting.acclaim.remote) turn left and follow the narrow road and you will come to the bend between Bishopston and Kittle
